Success in life-3 Keys to keep yourself motivated

There are moments in life when you are less motivated than others. There could be many reasons why you may lose some, or even all, of your motivation. If you want to succeed in life to be able to keep yourself motivated. This is of course much easier said than done. Here are the 3 keys to keep yourself motivated.

1. stay around people who believe in you.

One of the worst things you can do when you feel unmotivated to isolate yourself from people. You need to force yourself to be around people but it will help you. By around people who believe in you, it will help you keep track of losses is not your motivation and many times may be the key to help you find your motivation to win again.

2. remember your purpose.

It's easy to lose your motivation if you explain why you do what you are doing. The need to keep track of your goal for you at all times is so important. By doing this you will be able to forge through the difficult times. Even if you don't think you can run more, by keeping your reason for you, it will help keep you motivated.

3. surround yourself with motivating things.

I was talking with a friend of mine who the other day is going through a tough time in their lives right now. They came up to me and told me about a video that they saw on the Internet about a boy who incredibly obstacles overcome. Just by watching that video, they were encouraged and knew they through their problems because of that video could get. See, read or listen to other peoples are triumphs a great way to help you stay motivated.

Whether you work for yourself or for a conglomerate, selling is tough. Partly because you're not just selling you're being of service to your customers in ways no one else can be; and partly because you have to persuade your lead that their best interest is your true intention.

Built into this process is rejection, and lots of it. When it comes to insurance, people want to know you're on their side. But they also want to get the best deal they can. This means that you have to find the WIN-WIN for both of you. It is your responsibility to find the WIN-WIN because there are lots of other salespeople out there that will if you don't.

Still, that elusive WIN-WIN can play havoc with your confidence level, and because of this, you must have an arsenal of strategies to stay motivated and inspired while pursuing your objectives. Here are some ways to WIN-WIN. Some will work better than others. Find your keys to success and with them you can open the doors to opportunity.

1. Throughout the day, routinely tell yourself how powerful you are. Obstacles and distractions will arise. Their tendency is to knock you off balance. Remember, you are greater than anything that may confront you.

At times it might seem as though Powerless is your middle name. Remind yourself during these times of what it took to get you here. After all, you're the one that did it. No one else. You are the creator of your greatness. Be proud of it!

2. Your customers want you to win too. Be fair with them and they will be fair to you. They are entrusting you with something very dear to them... their lives. When they believe you are on their side, they will not only tell you, they'll tell every one else they know. Make them the focus of the sale and when they're happy, you will be also.

3. Aim for the back of the head and settle for the nose. This means expect the best possible results. Anticipate dominating the competition. Most sales people expect to hear no.

They would actually be surprised if someone said they want to buy something, anything from them! It's simple: set your expectations for success so high that even if you fail, you'll have achieved more than most others out there trying. Accept less than you aim for but not less than you expect.

4. Want to make it happen? Want to get your message across? Praise others and watch them flock to your side. By acknowledging others, even for the most insignificant details, you not only use words of encouragement that inspire you, but you learn to focus on the positive.

In addition, you move the focus from you to them and they become confident. Their new esteem will be something you contributed to. This will further inspire you and press you to do even better work with the next person you meet.

5. Clearly define your goals. Vague goals are no goals at all. Be specific. Where do you want to go and when will you be there? What do you want to achieve?

How emphatic are you about the outcome? When do you want it? If you don't have answers to these questions, then your objectives aren't clear in your mind. Where will you be when it's complete? You must have concrete impressions of what your mission is.

Here's a strategy that is sure to work!

-Keep your goals written down on 3" X 5" index cardsand keep them near you in plain sight. If your goal is to become a top-10performer in MDRT, then describe how you will go about doing so. What strategies will you utilize to make these objectives a reality? The more you can refer to them, the more second nature their success becomes.

-Identify with each goal. Breathe it in, feel its texture. Smell its

fragrance. Taste its realness. The more "real" you make it in your mind,

the more vividly it exists in your mind, the more it manifests itself around you.

6. LAUGH! 'll put it plainly. If you're not laughing, you're wasting your life! Laughter has been irrefutably proven to not only improve the quality of life, but to extend it as well.

By utilizing every muscle in the face, and increasing blood flow and oxygen supply to the brain and other vital organs, laughter secretes endorphins from the hippocampus region of the brain that make you happy, create higher states of thinking, and enable you to succeed. They've also been clearly linked to an increase in life expectancy.

When you laugh, you create laughter for others to share, you invite others to laugh along with you, and you find new ways to solve old problems. So for crying out loud, why aren't you laughing?

7. Plan to relax. You plan your stresses, your breakdowns, your confrontations, your meals, heck... you even plan your bathroom breaks. Plan to relax.

The number one cause of stress related absenteeism and loss of productivity in business worldwide, as published in a March 2000 report by the US Labor Dept., is STRESS. The same goes for the highest cause of heart attack, depression, mental illness, obesity, and general poor health. Plan for time in your day when you will focus on yourself and on enjoyment.

The secret is, it only takes a couple of minutes a day to relax. If you plan for three minutes in the morning, four minutes in the midday, and three minutes before you end the day, you've squeezed in ten minutes a day of focused relaxation. WOW! Imagine that. You're working, and you're relaxing. But how do you find ten minutes to relax in the middle of all you do?

Close your eyes. It's that simple! Closed eyes, deep breathing, allowing the stress to flow out of your body, allows you to return to a state of harmony and can mean the difference between being the golf ball and being the iron.

8. Because rejection and self-doubt are such built-in components of doing business today, it is critical that you surround yourself with positive, elated, creative, inspired individuals! Just like an anchor can pull you down and keep you from advancing, negative influences, (NOT PEOPLE) can dull your advantage. They cause you to question the daring feats you take to be successful. They minimize your hope and limit your potential. They're bad news for your Good News Way of Life.

Positive people, those that want to see you succeed, the people you run to tell when great things happen, are the most important company to keep. They may not be influential or rich. They may not be the prettiest or most in-demand people you know. But when they make you feel good and cause you to be better than you are otherwise, their contribution to your success is immeasurable!

The more light you let into a room, the more life will grow in it. In the same regard, the more darkness to which you subject the room, the less opportunity for vibrancy. Incredible, collaborative, inspired surroundings cause us to be the best we can possibly be.

9. Because we often work by ourselves, we might get distracted by the things which matter least and as a result lose focus on the most important tasks in front of us. When this occurs, remind yourself of the magnificence awaiting you. The best way to combat distraction I have found is simple... MAKE LISTS!

Write it down. Make sure that anything and everything you have to address or acheive is in front of your eyes. The more you can look at what's in front of you, the more accessible it becomes in the life you lead.

10. And perhaps most importantly, have faith in yourself. You are a creative, powerful, success-oriented leader! Your words and actions carry further than you can possibly imagine. Your influence reaches miles beyond your scope of vision. So remember, just because you can't see your results immediately doesn't mean they're not being seen and felt by others.Have faith that your results will manifest in the way you envision them. Have faith in the fact your legacy will outlast your efforts.

Success-3 keys to staying motivated

If you're like most people, there will be moments in your life when you need help to stay motivated. Sometimes you may only need a little motivation and at other times can make you feel that you have all the motivation in the world. It doesn't matter what kind of motivation, you must be here 3 keys to help you stay motivated.

1. Read or watch something that will inspire and motivate you.

It's good to be able to read or watch something that lets you see that other people, like you, have difficult times in their lives but they just keep on pressing and in the end they came out victorious. Many times you will find the inspiration, motivation, or even the key that will help you achieve your goals and dreams in life.

2. search for advice or counsel.

Sometimes all you need to get your advice or counsel of someone. Sometimes just a word of encouragement from a friend will do. At other times that you can try someone out who has achieved something similar to what you're trying to accomplish and ask them what kind of obstacles they faced and how they overcame them. You'll be surprised at how much it may motivate you.

3. write things.

This may seem odd but I encourage you to try it. By writing down how you feel and what you are going through, it allows you to clear your head to think more clearly. Many times while you write will be the very thing that you need to help you pass your slump pop into your head. Writing your thoughts on paper or a laptop is a great way to clear your head, relieve stress, and the motivation you need.

How to Get and stay motivated-simple top tips

Often the biggest challenge in achieving what we set out to do is to keep it going.  Just hold on task and not specify can sometimes feel a huge challenge.  The good news is, you're not alone in this many others feel the same. My years as a Personal and Professional coach I've come across many people who find stay on track a try and helped them to important, positive changes in their lives.  So today I want to share with you my principal strategies that you can get and stay motivated so you can achieve your goals.

How to Get and stay motivated

1. the first and perhaps most important is to check that you really want to achieve what you set out to achieve.

This means that not only do you really want the end result, but you're also willing to make the changes needed to achieve that – in other words, to put in the time and effort required.  Without this sense of desire, there will be little ' pull ' you to reach your goals, and also easy to specify.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how committed you are to achieve this goal? If you score just a 5 or 6, you have enough drive to get there you.  Ask yourself what you could do to raise your score at least one 8 and then set out to solve that.

If you find that you really don't have the desire, think again about your original goal-maybe it's too difficult a challenge at the moment, or maybe it's just the wrong goal for you.

2. ask yourself then a clear goal-exactly what you want to achieve and when?

For example, you want to drop a dress size in the next 8 weeks, or that there is sufficient energy, by the beginning of your holiday to be able to play with your kids for a whole afternoon, or by the confidence to go for the work you always dreamed of having this September?

Your goal may be a great, such as enough money to donate £ 1 m to charity-but it must be clear, time-bound and positive and one that you really want to achieve.  After clear objectives makes it much more likely that you will reach them.

3. then break your goal in all the small steps you take to achieve that goal so that each really feasible

For example, take 20 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, contact with 2 people about your business every day, cutting all fried food from your diet every weekday or get a good coach.  Then plan follows in your life and in your calendar so you commit to action.  And take your first step today!

4. make sure you have a positive mental attitude.

Stop for a moment to focus on the benefits of achieving your goal-all great things that can happen due to achieve what you set out to do.  For example, how will you really feel like you who dress size, which get extra energy, making £ 1 m, or that amount of trust drop?  And what difference would it make it for you?

Please take a moment to truly visualize how that will feel, experience that positive feelings.

5. really believe that you can reach your goal-' you can if you think you can '.

As Henry Ford once said: "whether you think you can, or you think you can not-you're right."  If you find yourself slipping in "negative talk", itself immediately stop and change them round to the positive-the ' glass half full "approach.  For example, if your enthusiasm begins to wane and you find yourself thinking about all the things you have not yet reached, take the time to really focus on the things you've done, the things that are good are gone, and achieving your goal difference.  Soon you will find it easier to get yourself and step up.

6. set yourself a reward for your achievements.

There may be times when your motivation, slipping even when you feel.  If this happens, or you can do it, to know there is a reward from looking at help-although of course no one who will be sabotaging your efforts, such as a large crème pie if your goal is to lose weight!

For example, if you find it difficult to commit to a 20-minute exercise a day, decide how you will reward yourself at the end of each session-perhaps watching a favorite TV program, meeting with a friend, reading a poignant book, a soak in a hot tub, or whatever.  Ask yourself a reward that motivate you through the difficult bit-and then enjoy celebrating your success!

Bonus Tip:

Get some support from someone to help you through the difficult bits.

Ask a friend, a colleague or a coach to you-to cheer, to talk and to help motivate you to help when the going gets tough.  It can make a real difference for someone there with you-so figuring out the right person for you and tell them your plans.  And use their enthusiasm to you on measures to be taken vis-à-vis your goals today!

How to stay motivated and achieve great success

How do you stay motivated? It's easy to keep track of your passion and work ethic at the beginning of each effort, but what happens after a number of months or weeks elapsed? Read on for great tips.

If you have fifty people ask for their definition of success, you would probably get fifty different answers. But while success take various forms, there is a key attribute which everyone must in order to be successful. And that's motivation.

Have you just started your own business? You are in for a qualification study? Do you want to lose weight? Got a new job? If any of these scenarios a recent event in your life, you're probably still excited and so you're probably still motivated.

But as the days go by and week, the first high can disappear. There will be days when you don't feel that worked so hard.

You recognize that you are in a day ' down ', but for a minute or so stop and consider why you feel that way. It is not uncommon, that in fact is the perfect man to have down ' days. Think about taking a complete break ... maybe for a few days, just to recharge your batteries.

Or maybe your daily activity has become annoying to you. Is there a way you can outsource or delegate that task to someone else? Or splitting into several parts and work on it in a different way. For example, maybe your work involves creating a lot of phone calls, and it starts to get it for you, you can telephone conversations into smaller periods of time, say 30 minutes eruptions and do anything else in between.

A change of scenery can do wonders. Grab your cell phone, a hot cup of coffee and find a quiet bench or sit on a hill in a country park. Sales calls take while watching the blue sky on a beautiful spring day can suddenly change of a liability in a completely fresh and pleasant experience.

If your ultimate goal seems a world away, and it's hard to see when that day comes, a "dream Board". So if you are trying to lose weight, cut out pictures of your ideal shape and body outfit. But if your way to work to build a successful business, places an image or the new sports car you drive your beach-side condo.

Go a step further, this dream board into a visualization exercise. Find some music that inspires, and refreshment you, turn down the volume loud, staring at your dream Board and forms a precise mental image of you achieve the results you are looking for. The images so vivid, detailed and true if you can. This every morning for the perfect motivational begin on the day.

What are the Mike Dilliard and Jonathan Budd of secret to stay motivated?

Mike Dillard and Jonathan Budd are two of the largest network marketers in the industry. They are of great leaders and bring added value to every life that they touch. If you are anything about their history in this industry have ever read, this was not always the case.

Approximately 97% of the people in the network marketing industry FAIL ... so what's their secret?

Motivation.

Everyone is motivated by something else.

There are two main types of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation:.

Intrinsic motivation is the motivation that comes from the inside of you.It is the pleasure you personally or joy of achieving a goal or getting a task that has been completed.

Extrinsic motivation is the opposite. This is the motivation that comes from outside of yourself. You do something for something that someone will give you.

For example, will an intrinsically motivated person build their business to see how far they can push them itself, for the development of tools for life, to create financial freedom, and are proud of what he or she has reached. While a extrinsically motivated person only to a company will build if the people around him or her think it's a good idea, he or she will be "welcomed" by outsiders and if people to him or her for the reward success.

Where are you? can you guess what Mike and Jonathan?

To succeed in this network marketing, Internet marketing or home based business world, you have to intrinsic motivation! This is not a get rich quick program. However, many people think is and, unfortunately, upwards of 97% of the people fail miserably before they even really begin!

So what is the key to success? well starts with you!Your mind is set. What motivates you?

This is an important question, because the times difficult will get! What do you do when your friends and family say ' no ' or trivialisation of your dreams for financial freedom? what do you do when you make your first company presentation (10 or 20) on your face? what are you going to do when you're the first few months prospecting and find that you're not a person have registered?

What do you do will determine everything!

If you QUIT will you be one of the broke and stupid not to hard, but only by what outside you mean you into your hand.

An intrinsically motivated person knows that success within the him or her. the key is to tap in the spark within that says, I will be the life of my dreams and I will be successful.-AND I will read, learning, connected to leaders and mentors and I will do my learning in action.

Jim Rohn says, "do not want to Wish it was easier. that you were better."The better you are, from the inside out, the stronger and more successful you will.

The network marketing industry is one that can catapult you to success, as it Mike Dillard and Jonathan Budd, not, however, without your dedication to the industry, marketing, and yourself.

How to find inspiration when you need to get motivated

Everyone has the motivation from time to time. Often this is lack of motivation is directly related to the way in which you click a task are looking for. When you display any task as a distress or as something that is not really interested, do you have a difficult time getting motivated to complete the task. The truth of the matter is that all of us must do some things that a distress or something that is really not our sometimes interesting. So how do you get motivated to do when you feel unmotivated to complete?

First off, let's take a look at what motivation is.The Webster dictionary definition of motivation means that motivation, while it's often comes from within, as well as the result of external stimulus is a good example of an external stimulus, the increase you may receive from your employer.

Employees who believe that they are coming for an increase in that more motivated and will perform better in the weeks leading up to the possibility of an increase in than any other point during their employment. employers use increases and other incentives to motivate their employees to achieve top performance and to which tasks have been assigned this task, or the interests of the workers or not. But how do you become motivated without an external incentive?

Inspiration is a self-generated force you to take action. Inspiration comes from within you. It is the result of the will and the feeling of excitement about each task that you want to achieve, if that task is something that you really want to do.

In addition, the inspiration a real choice you make by the way a task. If you have the attitude of "I have to do so because I was told to do it" you will be inspired to achieve less than if you are thinking, "I want to do, because that's what I want to do."The way you think about a task, your attitude towards it, will have an impact on your inspiration, and thus your motivation.

Inspiration is not just a divine gift donated to certain people from all over the sky, like many religious doctrines teach.Inspiration is a gift that, regardless of our religious beliefs; but it turns out that your beliefs affect your inspiration. but the secret to find inspiration in the conversion of how you feel about the task at hand. Again, if you have the task along the line of thinking "I have something to do" less inspired you to accomplish it will be and will generally just going through the motions to reach, with very little, if any, internal satisfaction.

An important point to make here is that feeds the satisfaction inspiration. Satisfaction and inspiration are related.Satisfaction occurs when you have completed a task and that sense of accomplishment in yourself.

Satisfaction is that feeling of well being for a job well done that you experience, and it will be the fuel of your inspiration for the next job. in addition, the satisfaction internal instructions for your inspiration.Another important note about the inspiration is that with every success is being built.

Desire is another element of inspiration. desire strength and a strong intention to a purpose or objective. as is require a lot of fuel for inspiration. In fact, require cherishes inspiration. And the more you in yourself to the performance of your goals more inspired that you, not only to your goals, but in general your life will be.

Find inspiration to motivate is a matter of knowing the difference between the inspiration and motivation, as well as their relationships to one another. as mentioned earlier, motivation can come from both inside and outside of us. External motivation comes in a wide range of forms, from paying the accounts on the track to get that raise. inspiration, on the other hand, is strictly internal and comes from the conscious decisions and attitudes about a task, the environment and your life.

Inspiration is not concerned with the external stimulus because inspiration a higher level of operational and thought processing which is highly dependent on the attitude and desire to be successful.

How can you stay motivated?

Lack of motivation can really get you down. If you went down you it becomes harder to do the basic things that you need to do. Motivation helps you to carry out the tasks and objectives that you have in mind, gives you the energy to get things done.

Which properties to motivated people?

Motivation will give you a sense of worth. it makes you are more optimistic, happy, enthusiastic and determined. they see the positive side of road blocks to see everything as an ordinary an obstacle jump and stronger.

What if you are not a motivated person?

As motivation, and you do not have friends, don't worry, and certainly do not prevent you from your goals and dreams.A man is partly motivated behaviour, which means that you can do to change things.

How can you change?

You can learn to your thoughts from negative to positive. Thus, if a negative as "this will never work" idea POPs into your head and provides a space for you in a positive thought to how it actually can succeed. some problems require thought can, and coming up with a solution you a stronger person.

Why do you need to change?

The main difference between people who are motivated to success and those who do, is the attitude. your goals and the future will depend on which you are trying to achieve and motivation is what you will push to success. so what motivates and encourages you to find and to work with.Your future depends on it.

What keeps you motivated?

Success helps most people stay motivated, but success seems sometimes elusive. If you find that success is hiding, it is good to do something where you know that you feel the "win" experienced. Play a game that you know you can beat, but make sure that the rush of success.Finding ways to give a positive, that sometimes this means of negative people that you bring down will push you further away from the motivation to.

Are you committed?

Its commitment to success. when problems occur, realize that there is a solution, even if the solution: a change of direction. a challenge should appear, accept as just a way to make you stronger, because that's what it is. By fall prey to negative thoughts that you lose, you actually become weaker because you take the easier path. and, of course, you lose your motivation.

Have you planned?

Planning helps you stay motivated. plan on success, what it takes to succeed. when something happens that you down is correct, go to a backup plan with a way to encourage and motivate you again. This is how you can get a motivated person and attainment of the goals you richly deserve.
