Willpower and action lead you to success?

The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.
-Vince Lombardi

Despite what you on television or a glossy magazine see may, willpower is still and will always be an important aspect of self discipline. Quit smoking campaigns that tell us we should use some gum or patches to beat the habit are right mate. If one does not have the willpower to stop, nothing will work. People take on diets, diet does not work unless they have the willpower.

To be successful, to be wealthy or to get rich also required of you, willpower and action.

I compare with willpower the suit of wands in a Tarot pack. The wands represent fire; they represent the willpower, energy, self assertion, productivity and growth. You know that the realm of the Suite of Wands our intentions and our actions includes, among other things, the Suite of Wands also relates to intuition and self confidence.

If in your quest for success you have a small bump in willpower increases there is a need for immediate actions shall be implemented in practice. Action and willpower could be compared with your heart and lungs, they need each other to survive. While will power the first requirement leads to action, action, in turn, the capacity to increase your willpower.

Time to increase your knowledge, find some quiet morning and night and do the reading with regard to making you a more valuable person, whether for your job, your career goals or that you wish to run, the knowledge is important, the willpower to knowledge is more important. Use this new knowledge to expand your thinking and improving the opportunities for success that await you.

Exercise, a healthy diet intake and an adequate intake of water are also important in the acquisition of knowledge. Exercise increases oxygen exchange, the increases of the diet the capacity of our cells to function effectively, water is necessary to maintain life. All together they make our brains more alert to keep track of what we read or listen to.

Adequate exercise need willpower, to a healthy lifestyle with adequate water intake to maintain healthy diet also requires willpower.

Action on all of the above and you will have more control over your mind develop.
Control of your thoughts and conquer the road of success.

Vitamins, Oprah, and the Importance of Taking Action Right Away

Loading ... Loading ...Read Summary

For some reason, I have started getting calls from India around 11:00 each morning from a company trying to sell me mail-order drugs. They always lead off with telling me that they have Viagra, Cialis, and related stuff. I have never ordered drugs from India—and have not had the pleasure of trying Viagra or Cialis—but have started to enjoy the phone calls.

A few days ago, I asked the caller if they could send me some morphine.

“Yes, we can. Would you like it in 15, 20, 30, 60, 100, 120, or 200 mg tablets?” the caller asked.

I was amazed. I never knew it was so easy to get hard drugs like this. I did not order the morphine; however, each day a call comes through—like clockwork—offering me prescription drugs. Each day it is a different caller.

I have no idea how I got on a Viagra-oriented phone spam list. Nevertheless, I have my suspicions. I am pretty confident that I got on this list because of a recent order I placed for $200 in vitamins from an American company. I read in a health book that green tea extract, garlic, and alpha-lipoic acid are good for your health and ordered a six months’ supply. Within a week the calls from India offering me drugs started coming.

The problem with the vitamins I ordered is that I simply cannot remember to take the vitamins. Thus, the vitamins sit in my kitchen cupboard—with scores of other vitamins ordered after reading similar health books in past years—just wasting away. About five years ago, I read some book called something like the Kimchee Miracle about fermented Korean cabbage, and I purchased numerous plastic tubs of the stuff. For a few days, I ate this Kimchee; however, eventually I could no longer stand the taste. Approximately one year later, the fermentation of the cabbage reached a breaking point and one of the tubs exploded like a bomb in our refrigerator. The smell was still there two years later.

I am not sure, really, how many books I purchase each year. I probably purchase on average at least three books per week—sometimes more. I go to bookstores. I order them online. More recently, I have started doing digital downloads of these books. (Not too long ago I purchased a e-book over the Internet while flying between Los Angeles and New York.) In my office, there are thousands of books that have been partially to fully read and digested. It has gotten so bad that I have started storing many of my books in storage sheds I purchased at Costco and put up around my property at home.

With only a few notable exceptions, every single one of the books I have purchased in the past several years deals with business, management, marketing, exercise, yoga, religion, diet, motivation, time management, self-improvement, and similar topics. There is not a lot of fiction among the books I have purchased—in fact, I only read a few fiction books per year.

I have always been interested in improving myself and have been drawn to books like this since I was in elementary school. Who knows why I am so interested in this stuff—it does not matter, I suppose. What does matter is what I have done with this information.

Most business, diet, exercise, and self-improvement books recommend that you make some sort of radical change in your life. They will start out talking about how following a given program results in personal, business, and other improvements. A course of action will be recommended and the person will be encouraged to follow this course of action religiously.

The problem is very few people ever follow the course of action. I certainly have not consistently followed the recommendations of most of the books I have read. Most people I know certainly have not followed the recommendations of most of the books they have read.

One of the most popular television shows in the history of television is Oprah. I have seen this show probably ten times in my life—while sitting in airport lounges, visiting elderly relatives in nursing homes, and the like. While I certainly do not remember the majority of episodes I have watched, what I have noticed is that several of the episodes dealt with how to lose weight. Oprah has also written a book about how to lose weight, for which she received one of the highest advance fees in publishing history.

Despite all of the interest and attention on losing weight, something I cannot help but notice is that Oprah has never managed to keep her own weight down for a significant length of time. Since Oprah has set herself up as an authority on weight loss, you need to wonder how closely she is able to follow the advice she listens to and the advice she gives.

This brings me to my own predicament. I have read so many books and taken in so much information that you might ask: Why haven’t I followed all the advice of everything I have read?

For example, I might read a book about something relevant to working in a business. I’d read the stuff and say to myself: “This person’s brilliant. What a great idea. I need to do this!”

What ends up happening, though, is that I generally fail to follow through. A few weeks later, the book is filed into a bookshelf and nothing ends up happening. Or, I tell myself I am going to start doing something new, and then some event comes up and interferes—so it never happens. The book is forgotten and my life stays the way it is.

Come to think of it, I spend more time reading about improving than I spend improving.

At the same time, there are certain rituals that I have developed that I would not have done, were it not for my reading and studying.

I incorporate spirituality into my life.I exercise at least twice per day.I meditate and do self-hypnosis often.I avoid carbohydrates the best I can.I plan each day.I practice gratitude each day.I plan each week.I spend the majority of my time doing the things I am best at.I sleep a certain number of hours per night.I make sure I incorporate greens into my diet each day.I eat protein within fifteen minutes of getting up.I write down my goals.I have dinner with my family each night.I make sure that various business routines repeat themselves each week.

Each of these “rituals” that I follow are what I personally have distilled to be the “best practices” for my life and are the result of reading and studying literally thousands of books. It does not sound like much, but having these routines has made an incredible difference in the quality of my life and the lives of the people I serve and am close to.

The problem with my routines, though–and the knowledge I have absorbed–is that I am not really doing everything I could. When I look around my library and the things I have learned, I know there is far, far more I could be doing to have a better life. I could incorporate more routine into my life. I could incorporate more difficult routines into my life. I could be more focused.

The reason I have not advanced farther in my life is that I have linked more pain to doing the things I need to improve than I have linked to not doing these things. It is much more fun and interesting to sit around and dream and think about how we are going to improve, than it is to actually go out and make major improvements in our lives.

It is like this for a great many of us. We would rather think and dream than act.

Imagine what your life would be like if you acted instead of dreaming about what you were going to do.

The key to making the most of your career and life is making sure you act on what you are learning. Anyone can talk about, read about, or dream about doing something. The key is being able to take action and do it.

Make that difference today-how the action is Vital to your success

Mine action is one of the biggest factors that separate success from failure, action is the difference between living the life you want from life that you don't want. Of what you want to go without it.

Or action is reading a book, writing a book, creating a website, helping others, selling your House, self-development, stop a bad habit, learning a language, access to an evening class to learn a new hobby or skill, rewrite your RESUME, contact with friends you haven't seen for a while, improving yourself in one or way forcing yourself out of your comfort zone, action has an undeniable quality about it, it can not be ignored and is an absolute must when creating change in your life.

For example, suppose you want to start your own business, you've been thinking about it for a long time, reading numerous books on the subject, talked to people about your plans, they are all for it! But you still don't do it! Why?

We have all ideas for products that could be very successful, but how many people talk about it and how many people actually decide to do something about it?

We all know people who talk about what they want to do in the future, but how many of these same people are actually doing it months later?

You have a real chance of success when you take action, you immediately begin to make progress against the objectives you have set for yourself, you begin to learn about what works and what doesn't. However, your first steps, perhaps by this steps you say "this is what I want and this is what I am going to do".
Instead of just sitting and thinking about taking action. I know that if there is a medal for thinking was about taking action than I would sure win, but there is not, and rightly so.

But here's another way to look at it, if you're not measures with regard to whatever you want in your life take is, you are absolutely 100% guaranteed not to get. By no measures are you seal your fate before you've even tried to start.

Nothing comes from nothing? I am convinced that if you take action to your goals or what you want in your life change, than you do already more than a lot of people there.

"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step ..."

-Lao Tzu

What stops people to act?

There's just too much to gain from action than not taking it when you are on a course of self-development. You know something has to change, and you still do not take any action, why is this? I'm guilty of this myself.

Laziness?

Motivation?

Money?

Time?

Fear?

Maybe you think your target is too large, and that what you do today will have no consequences so you don't bother to do something, this is a classic mistake to believe that what you today do not affect the general objective. But something is always better than doing nothing, little by little, great things can be achieved, it is only small changes in your daily life that over time, the greatest impact. It is through a commitment to yourself every day to do to improve your life, no matter how small, that over time will greatly affect your life. Before you know it, his real big changes have been made. Companies are created, relationships formed, languages learned, sustainable
changes that were made.

Breaking the problem into smaller chunks, instead of looking at the overall outcome.

What is it that you're going to do today that will make a difference in your life tomorrow?

For example, suppose you have an attribute to improve about yourself, such as the social confidence, from where you are now (shy, timid and nervous system), this may seem a long way off, but every day you make a commitment to do something about it and then take action to achieve, you are already on your way to overcoming the problem and an increasing number of social trust. The bet you for yourself each day to take action will always be what separates you from everyone.

The ability to act is what separates people. Action moves mountains! If you are anywhere in life, if you want to change your life in any way or form will need to sit down and take action. Create a plan of what you need to do and then take the necessary steps daily. Even if it is 10 minutes a day, it will always be better than
nothing to do.

"You don't have to be great to begin with, but you must start too big."

-Joe Sabah

In 6 months time how on earth do you expect your life to be different if you don't anything about it now? ~ Here's a newsflash, if you don't take action today, tomorrow or the next day to work on your goals and what do you think? You and your life will be exactly the same in 6 months time as it is now!

You've never had any chance of success (whatever that means to you) If you don't take action. Taking action is not a 100% guarantee on success; just because you are a class Act does not give you any day wins an Oscar. But something about your life do not guarantee that nothing will improve.

"There are three kinds of people; those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who are wondering what happened. "
-Nicholas Murray Butler

Please bear in mind that your future is created not by what you do but tomorrow through what you are doing today.

Understand what motivates people to action

So I wanted to buy a car. It was a tough choice, but I decided that my next new car would be a Volvo. So I drove to a local dealer and told him that I wanted to take a look at a few Volvos and he could help. "Of course," he replied.

After watching drive a couple of cars that I decided to test any of them. As I drove around went the seller about how great this car is and how clients are not complaining about the car and how they love their Volvos. I then asked him to be more specific about what customers like about their Volvo. He seemed to hesitate. It was quickly clear that nobody had ever asked him to be specific. He said: "well, you know, people like the way it drives and how it looks." He rambled on, but never on details.

After a few test drives and more "' oohs and ahs" about how great it would be to own to Volvo I thanked him and departed without buying a car. I wasn't sure and wanted to think about some more.

About a week or so later I decided to go back and some Volvos again test ride. This time I went to another dealer hope to get a different flavor before my thoughts.

The seller that greeted me was a polite and humble individual. We call him Jack. Jack asked me simple questions about what I was looking for in a car. I told him that I had test a few Volvos driven, but not sure whether to buy or not.

Jack listened and nodded his head and said: "alright. Let's start with the model you like the most. " I said: "of course."

We got into the car and I was ready to start the car as Jack asked me to wait a minute. Jack then went on to explain the characteristics of the car. By the time he was finished I understood what each button on the panels, the dashboard and doors could do. Jack explained how many of these features would make my drive more comfortable. It soon became clear that Jack how to sell understood benefits, not features.

When we finally started driving, Jack began to go in the history of the Volvo; origin, model transitions and improvements and on and on. It was like listening to a Volvo documentary ... with me in it!

When we finished stepped Jack me around the car to explain some of the hidden security features. Volvo is known as one of the safest cars in the world. And after Jack's mini-Tour around the vehicle I understood why. Needless to say, within an hour I sat down in his Office finalizing the paperwork to buy my first Volvo.

I gained a few lessons from this experience that I want to share with you.

Firstly, Jack was not a "stain" seller. He was an average guy with a very modest attitude. Most people have in their heads that if a big seller should give you a quick and smooth talker. Wrong. Who would you be more confident? A fast-talking seller just as the first with smooth answers and no depth or someone like Jack that all your questions answered with details and facts?

Secondly, people don't want to be sold, they want to be convinced. Jack understood that gives me a lot of information would go a long way in helping me decide if I wanted to buy or not. I could with Sufficient information, or better yet, convinced me to decide.

I don't buy the first dealer because I don't have enough information to make an informed decision. Everything that I had were the opinions of other people that the car from a seller who I don't personally knew had driven. Testimonials are great, but unless I know the person behind the testimonials means little for me.

More often than not, people reject proposals or making a decision to buy because somewhere in the sales process, their concerns were not addressed. They still have lingering doubts about whether it's the right choice for them.

Jack approach reminded me of a saying that I keep in mind when trying to understand the relationship between motivation and action:

"An ignorant mind is a confused mind. And a confused mind will never make a decision. "

In a hyper-capitalist society where we are inundated and bombard with new technology and features, our mind often times not keeping pace. The task of a seller is to explain the new developments, but more importantly how they benefit of the buyer. Or sell or just trying to convince others, what motivates people in action 1) knowledge and 2) it is in their best interest.

Think about it for a second. If you know ' how to ' do something, you rarely hesitate in getting it done. If you know that it will benefit you personally, you will act!

One final note: If you're in control, like this is very when someone doesn't buy in your approach, a strategy or a way of thinking. Maybe the reason that they are not has less to do with your ideas, and more to do with them not with enough information to make an informed decision OR how it will benefit them in the long run.

PS, Update: five years later my Volvo is still going strong!

Law Of Attraction in action – The Power Of Belief

When Napoleon Hill wrote his famous book "think and Grow Rich", the world will be an entirely different place. Things were slower. Competition was not nearly as difficult. Although we live in an age where a man with less than scratch and building an empire, it seems to you that life has gotten more difficult since the simpler times? And although Napoleon Hill it never identified his book and the message in the revolved around a law. This law has worked for millions of Hill was born, has been working on for the millions of after it was written and work for millions of people, will be a long after we are dead. I am of course referring to the law of attraction. So how is not yet you have to work yet?

The law provides that things and situations, even people and circumstances are drawn in your life because you them attract. you pull them on the basis of your personal vibration or in other words-the thoughts and feelings as you can your consciousness on a consistent basis.

The law of attraction is almost a household term. There are few people who have not tried to take advantage of the use and fewer still that have not yet heard. But there is only a small number of people experienced the huge rewards received by it, nor shall its use.Why is this? are you one of the lucky few who have learned to make use of this right all powerful? or are you one of the unfortunate those who on a daily basis to visualize their dreams, but little or no results?

If you then take heart, because the very article, which could help you in the use of the power of the law of attraction to miracles in your life.

A winner in life-one of the persons who successfully and to achieve their objectives, it is essential that you look like your belief system.Your beliefs to determine where your thoughts and your mind to determine your emotions. It is this combination of thoughts and emotions that the great law of attraction.

If you have any problems in your life? Is your life filled with money problems, destructive relationships, poor health, etc.?There are other areas that good, only good or even very good works? Most of us have a combination of both. Some areas in our live, work and some don't. If your life is not how you want it to be and you have more problems than you take care to treat heart there is a solution. However, before I got the solution to these problems let us reveal more attention to an area of your life that is working properly.

Look at one of these entities and ask yourself how you feel about this. try to determine what feelings, if you do so.You find that your thoughts and feelings very positive about this topic. Now, it's easy to believe that the thoughts and feelings positive because the situation as positive, but suggest that the opposite is true. what happens if the situation is only positive because your thoughts and feelings are positive? "Impossible!" you may say.Maybe, maybe not!

Now, look at an area where you have problems. I bet if you think of it, you get a feeling in the stomach or the tightness in the chest and immediately your mind goes into a downward spiral think of all the things worse in the situation get could. now you have the feeling that because the situation is bad, or the bad situation is because you that feels?

Are you willing to try an experiment? It takes courage. Are you sure you're up to the challenge? if you think you are brave and inner fortitude and openness to carry out this experiment, then let's begin!

The law of attraction, can be summed up in a short phrase-you get more of what you focus on! As an experiment over an area of your life that works wonderfully and we are going to focus on so many things wrong with it will be possible for 7 days straight!

If the law of attraction you bring back more of what you start to focus on things in this situation worse – a lot worse. Little things to focus on search. Let's see an example, but you should add a field that works well for you! OK, so you of your work, but this guy in front of you that keeps picking up his nose is really annoying. The 30 minute lunch break is nowhere nearly enough time to eat something substantial and let it eat up your workload is unreasonable etc.

Now, if the law of attraction really exists, you need to provide a clear sign of the thorough this little experiment. If you place the focus on the negative redirect diligently for seven days, you will find small problems crawling, probably from day one.Do you think that Mr Annoying Guy even more annoying habits, your lunch break will be taken over by unexpected events and your work load is increased. This is not only selective focus, you will find that these things happen actually!

If you have the courage to carry out this experiment you have strong evidence that the law of attraction is very real. Before you finish this experiment you must have already fed up with the results. So, once you are satisfied that the law of attraction really exists it's time to get things back to normal. start again to focus on the positive aspects of the task.Mr Annoying Guy gets OK on your nerves, but he has a great deal of endearing qualities. your lunch break not as long as a competing undertaking can be but most people work miserable and at least you're doing something that you enjoy it.Finally, there are people out there to work on the jobs they hate etc.

Do you think that the things fast back to normal. But not everything.Other positive things to focus on search.Look for things in your life that you want to expand. focus on those things and you'll get more of them. If you have something that does not exist, but then want to visualize, feeling of gratitude that you already have it even if it's not there the. searching for things that confirm that's on the way others. take pleasure with the thing you and feel the joy to know that it will soon see you.

Soon you will find that the law of attraction your best friend or your worst enemy. try this little experiment and then decide what kind of knowledge do you want to see the law of attraction in your life.

Success and financial freedom to find using the secret laws of Action In Your Life

The law of attraction are confusing in some ways. A lot of people are led to believe that they can just picture of what they want and in turn to them without action will come. It must really be called the law of action because you need to take inspired action before anything in your life will change.

The key is always reach the better sense thought. The better you feel, the better you will feel. It is then that success comes your way. Almost everyone has read Napoleon Hill's book, Think and Grow Rich. If you do not have it read, pick up a copy at your local bookstore or online. You will want to read about and as you go through your life. what many don't know is that this book was edited in the original form and that the book is that we do not tell the whole story.

In 1937, when Think and Grow Rich was published, the publishers were very conservative.Edit them from many parts of the original book. anything that talked about consciousness or vibrations was deemed not suitable for the public to read. The result is that some of the most useful information from the last manuscript was turned off.

Are you prepared to do what you know will work in your life, you will see the same kind of results that the people interviewed and examined by Napoleon Hill. I encourage you to learn more about these hidden secrets.

And now I ask you more about the secrets of the mind and enrich by visiting http://www.successandyourlife.com financial and learn how you can have, and the success of the life.

The law of attraction-is to take action required?

One of the most frequently asked questions I get on the law of attraction is. ..

Question: how much did "acts" got to do with the physical manifestation of something?

Answer: it is now a million dollar question. One of the biggest misconceptions, most people work is that they are hard work or toil of their lives to become successful. And what do you think? it come true for them. When they happen in order to achieve success by measures, achieve it only after much effort, because that is what they have sent in their vibrations to the universe-that is, they have to work hard to become successful.

Our society is most of us to believe that doing or the part of the action is what makes things happen. But it only leads to negative creation or creation in the reverse order.

The Chinese philosopher Lao-tsu once said, "If nothing is done, nothing is failed!" What he meant-"did without actually to do" less is always more, if you are using the stream or the flow of life, but even more so less when you are you are going against the current or the flow of life.

Unfortunately, is the foundation of our actions generally based on fear, fear, worry and doubt in our own capacity, because we believe that nothing can be achieved unless we take action. In fact, they still have a lot of self-help gurus to take massive action. it is only added to the confusion.

Here's what you need to know. It is not your action that things happen, it is your intention.Your need for action can actually be reduced to an absolute minimum. by focusing on what you really want, you start to feel the pure positive energy begin to move in you.

Now, this energy is not based on fear, fear, doubt or. If you only focus on the things you in life instead of the things that you want to if you don't want to go, your built-in internal memory or on success mechanism will tell you when it is time to take action. it will propel only the required measures. And when you do so, will they effortlessly. You will no longer take action – it will be INSPIRED ACTION!!!

And let me tell you that there is a huge difference in "action" and "inspired action." Action can be a lot of effort on your part, but inspired action is absolutely effortless. It's because the inspired action is an extension of the inner well-being of your good feeling.

When your inner feels right, it will bring you inspired action, which is not only easy but also the most fruitful of actions will in manifesting your desires in physical reality, of course.

I would like to emphasise that I'm not the importance of taking action to undermine. what I'm focusing on is that measures should not be taken, unless your inner being is inspired to take action. Most of the people act to compensate for their wrong thoughts. That must at all costs be avoided. because when you take action and to put in the effort on your part, it puts you in a sense-not as good as it is ' & when does not feel good, you create in the reverse order-all these things manifest that you want.

If the success of an individual is directly proportional to the amount of the hard work that he carried out, then the construction workers the richest in the world and not Bill Gates. We all have only 24 hours in a day, but it's how we make use of this time that the prepares our way to the success or failure.

Therefore understand that action is extremely important in the process of creation, but only when the action is an action. Only to take action is actually make in the reverse order.

"Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill was one of the most successful books which has ever been written in the history of self-help publish. Did Napoleon Hill title the book-hard work & Grow Rich?

You can see, hard work is the easiest thing to do, but most people think different! it's the thought that the hardest thing that there is. because once you about a particular subject have thought, action is just a matter of resources to work!

Action is simple, thinking is not!!!
