Why every coach needs a Motivational Plan. One of the most important things I've learned about football coaching is that every trainer a motivating. Motivation is essential and the key to success. Motivation is what we have to do. It's the difference between something with enthusiasm, giving you 100% and having a good attitude or just the minimum with a bad attitude to do so. This is true for all sports.

1. hanging out with the wrong people who also fixed work "hard" for their money.
2. are more committed to comfortable than successful.
3. the absence of the vision, the focus, the follow-up and motivation.

5. a law and/or lottery mentality have based.
6. assumes that the million dollars is a lot of money.
7. takes the view that working a job and the acceptance of a salary is "normal".
8. follow the opinions and views of broke friends and family.

At the moment I guess many of you wonder "what this all means?Your first step is to look at your current income!
Your next step is to look at the average income of the 10 best friends and family members. chances are you earn around as much as they deserve.

You can see, you could have cheated to believe that this is all you're worth! most people are just used to believe that they are happy with their lot in life, and not have to take the larger content of the fact that we have any control over our "a lot in life" for them to think outside the box, it makes neighbours, family and friends uncomfortable to understand.

And it is sad because thinking like this is the only way for people to survive from the rat race, you will see your family and friends are used to what they believe is possible in the real world. lucky for us, we make and take an active part in our own reality, ultimately leading it out with our decisions.

They want to be safe and they feel is safe "comfortable". a job is traditionally accepted such as security, and that most entrepreneurs going broke a couple of years. you can see their logic: dare not outside of your own back yard. it's dangerous, out there and people crash and burn.
