Spirituality & success: bridging the gap

There is a new breed of spiritual seekers these days; people looking for a better way to live. We, as a whole, are not content with the routines of everyday life, and the pursuit of economic gain is no longer exclusively to our needs. Humanity is looking for performance, and we have finally realized that peace, contentment and happiness come from inside of ourselves, not from external sources. We have these decades of probing, realized that what we have tried has been with us, in us, all that time. We just need to enter our eyes to see the opportunities that are in. To know ourselves together with our connection and relationship with spirit, will resources and catapult us on a wonderful journey through life--a journey where worldly success and spiritual bliss be achieved simultaneously.

Worldly success and in harmony with spirituality--it's the way things are supposed to be. In the first place our perception and thoughts of what "must" are what holds us back. Success is more a State of mind and how one perceives themselves as successful. Your happiness is a choice that is constantly, for every moment of every day. Again, thought and perception mainly dictates or do you see yourself as happy or not. To really "life success", you have your life a success. ' This is only possible if you are satisfied. People from all walks of life to choose a more spiritual life, to follow a path of peace and contentment in the pursuit of success ... And why not? Can we both have? YES!

But what does it mean to be a spiritual life? Should we leave our possessions and the desire for performance and performance? Spiritual does not mean that we should give our thirst for life, and successful does not mean that you have to be unhappy and "to sell your soul." In fact, is a centered, contemplative and motivated person better be ready for the biggest of life successes. By knowing who you are and what you are capable of, and the realisation of your connection to the Earth, the spirit and humanity, can you move past fears and start to live a great adventure that your life is meant to be!

Spirituality is not about perfection, no one will ever reach, but it is, however, striving to live the best life you can and as the best person you can every day in every way. It is about following your heart and not afraid to make perusal of your dreams. It is about having compassion and forgiveness; is loving kind of inspire and motivate others to reach within themselves and thrive. It's about life moral and fair--are virtuous and holding true to your heart desires. Spiritual is to adapt a "Christ similar" consciousness and without judgement, ego or fear, pursuing your journey on Earth and cherish the gift of life.

And what about success ... It's such a random term, which means so many things to so many people. I want to ask, "what is your definition of success?" How do you define success? Are you at a certain path just to calm down or you may have someone else? Do you want a certain way because you believe that it is the "socially acceptable" thing to do? You have to ask yourself what you really want, what speaks truth to your soul? What is in your heart and spirit, will make you a success. Many people have a certain goal or dream, and will not believe that they are successful, until they reached that point. But life with success is a daily path, not a destination or something to be or have been, achieved. We need to look at success on a smaller scale; our moment to moment achieve are just as important as lifelong success.

Spirituality and success are both paths to travel and not final destinations. In order to achieve success total life, a spiritual life and create a successful lifestyle. Just like water and clay, they must be formed together to create the masterpiece of your life. You can no one without the other. How can you be happy if you do not feel that you're a success? Contrarily you are not a complete success if you can't find tranquility and contentment.

For centuries, we followed these two paths separately, thinking that we do not have both at the same time. And for centuries, we are frustrated and unfulfilled, bouncing back and forth from the paths of spirituality and success. What we have failed to realize, and begin to awaken to, is the idea that both paths are synonymous. Can we both; We can meet spiritual life and are successful at the same time. After all, it's what we were born for. "But son, remember my lessons, but will keep my commandments in your heart, for they will extend your life many years and you prosperity". Proverbs 3: 1-2 NIV
