The seven traits of success

1) Work hard

You must be prepared to go out and take action. There is no substitute! You cannot sit and wait until the correct time, or until you know everything about the topic. You must take the first steps and get started.

Once you do, you have to dive and commit. You may not attempt to do things half heartedly, test the temperature of the water with your big toe. You need to work as this is what you were born to do.

2) Be Honest

You can't really be successful if you are not honest. You must honestly deliver on what you other people promises. Don't be fooled or misdirect them.

Fortunes are not only created. They claim the interaction with other people at a certain level. If you are not free and fair with them, they withdraw from you will and your path that is much more difficult.

3) Persevere

No one said that it was easy. And if someone did ... Well, they lied and chances are they are not very successful. Never take advice from someone who is more than you screwed up! You will encounter roadblocks, things don't go according to plan and opportunities will not pan out. That's life. You have to keep trying, keep working hard.

Napoleon Hill said that any failure in possession is the seeds of an equal or greater success. You should look for those seeds and feed them with your effort. And if you don't immediately see them, confident that they are there. It takes a few years for you to realize the lessons you have learned.

4) Be Friendly

As mentioned earlier, fortunes are built with the help of other people. You may not be successful without other people. It's much easier to the support of others when you're friendly.

And not only when you want something! Be friendly all the time, even when they mean for you. Be friendly with complete strangers. You never know when you can strike up a conversation with someone who ends up exactly the person you need in your life!

5) Be a lifelong learner

There is no point where you can decide that you don't know enough. Keep reading, keep with lessons and keep talking to people. Develop friendships and finding mentors. There is always something new there. Please bear in mind that if you don't grow, you die!

6) More than deliver

Always do your best to expectations. Treat each task as if it is worthy of your best efforts ... because it is! Everything you do, each note, email, chore, meeting and phone call is a reflection of who you are.

Strive to do more than you are paid to do! If you think about it, why did you search for a raise do only the minimum?

7) Search Solutions

Focus on solutions, no problem. Everyone has problems. If you want to stand out and be a success, the man who find solutions instead of complaining. It is FUN to solve problems. It feels great ... and these solutions often make the best opportunities in your life. Train yourself to see problems in this way and you will go far!
