10 essential mindset for success as an entrepreneur

Mindsets are a collection of thoughts and beliefs that influence (usually unconsciously) everything we think and feel. They often have their roots in our childhood and can serve as a solid block to success if they are unlike what we're trying to achieve.

The good news is that with effort that we can get new thought patterns that support instead of the sabotage of our success.

1. Life (and especially business) is in constant flux and an entrepreneur should be able to accept this and look for ways to switch to his or her advantage. Owner of a company should not be afraid to change but looking at adaptation as an interesting challenge.

2. even a solo entrepreneur should take on a leading role whether it is the leader of their community or a peer-group. If leadership new for the small business owner is they can start small with a small group and gradually build up with leading broader communities.

3. Play to your strengths. It is essential that entrepreneurs aware of what they do well. Our strengths can sometimes also be used to strengthen weak points. For instance if you consider yourself a great teacher, but poor in sales, then use training as the primary method for marketing done well this can be very effective. Any weaknesses that you cannot compensate for, I would recommend outsourcing.

4. Solo entrepreneurs need to have a support team to build and accepting help. Such action may include masterminds, coaches, supportive family and friends, online and offline forums and groups, and support staff such as virtual assistants. Make sure that everyone in your team a dream builder is not a dream killer is already is someone who is willing to point it to potential pitfalls can be invaluable.

5. Small business professionals must have a high level of positive energy. Steps to ensure that both physical: getting enough exercise, sleep and eating healthy; and spiritual-Exchange filter to weed out negative thoughts and surrounding yourself with positive people.

6. Entrepreneurs need to be motivated. Try to make use of what really motivates you, use rewards to lead to dopamine in your brain, deadlines, get accountability partners also find your rhythm i.e. do you work best at night or during the day-do you work best in short bursts or long stretches.
7. outgoing and friendly. Everyone is shy to some degree or another, but it is very important to determine strategies that will help you to overcome the fear. Medium you least shy in, whether offline or online, social or more business oriented. Realize that practice it will make easier each time.

8. always be open to learning-never stop looking for a better way to do things, never assume that you know it all. Stay up to date with new technologies and techniques.

9. Accept that there is no such thing as perfection. Although it's great to have a high bar make sure it is not impossible high. Anything can be improved upon later and sometimes really good enough is good enough.

10. Finally, make sure you always have fun. Some people have fixed beliefs that work is supposed to be boring and a chore. Search for the fun and excitement in everything you do and if you are doing too many things that dull, look at what you outsource, you can so you can concentrate on the fun stuff.
